• Take 1 scoop (25 g) per day. Mix Protein Multi-Plex™ well in 1 cup (250 mL) with liquid (water, juice, milk, etc.) or smoothies.

• Take a ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) 1-3 times per day.
• As a sleep aid: Take a single dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
