• Take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal).
• Should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.

• Continue for 6 days, take a 7 day break, and continue for an additional 6 days as required.

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or have a bile duct obstruction.

• Take ½ teaspoon (2 mL) three times per day.
