• Take 1-2 tablespoon(s) once per day.
• May be taken with or without food.

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have breast, prostate, other hormonally sensitive problems or are taking health products that affect blood coagulation.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection, benign prostate hyperplasia/prostate cancer or high blood pressure; are taking anticoagulants and antiplatelets, blood thinners, antidepressants, diabetes or hypertension medications; suffer from anxiety or depression.
• Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, dizziness, vomiting, dry mouth, thirst, nosebleed, insomnia, slight drowsiness, or changes in heart rhythm.

Psyllium

• Take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever; are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested Psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.

• Take ½ teaspoon (2 mL) three times per day.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid prolonged exposure of sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
• Consult a health care practitioner if you experience sleep disturbances or are taking contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, digoxin, theophylline, serotonergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and/or anti-epilepsy medications.
