• Take 5 capsules twice per day with food and at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications.
• Avoid taking immediately before bedtime.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Taking Healthy Colon Plus® with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or esophageal blockage/obstruction of the throat, esophagus or intestine.
• Effects observed 12-14 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days.

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding; have difficulty in swallowing, diabetes, immune-compromised condition; experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product.
• If you experience chest pain, vomiting, difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention.
• If symptoms of allergy or diarrhea occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any prescription medication or any medication which inhibits peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide), or have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever.
• May cause temporary gas/flatulence, bloating, loose stools, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort.
• This product may have come into contact with milk and/or soy.
• Do not use this product if you have a milk and/or soy allergy.

• Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) one to two times per day.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• Refrigerate after opening.

• Consume within six (6) months after opening.

Psyllium

• Take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever; are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested Psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.

• Take a ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) 1-3 times per day.
• As a sleep aid: Take a single dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
• Sleep aid: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
• Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving motor vehicles or performing activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
• Do not use if security seal is broken.
