• Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) one to two times per day.
• May be taken with or without food.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae, and Labiatae family; have diabetes, hypertension, liver disorders, severe kidney insufficiency and/or hypokalemia.
• For prolonged use and if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.

• Take a ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) 1-3 times per day.
• As a sleep aid: Take a single dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
• Sleep aid: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
• Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving motor vehicles or performing activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
• Do not use if security seal is broken.

Psyllium

• Take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever; are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested Psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.

Puncture Vine

• Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL), four times per day with food.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• If you are pregnant, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
• Diuretic effect and/or hypersensitivity/allergy have been known to occur.
• If this is the case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
• Do not use if security seal is broken.
