• Take 1-2 scoops (25-50 g) once or twice per day.
• Mix Enzy-Pro™ well in 1 cup (250 mL) with liquid (water, juice, milk, etc.) or smoothies.

• Take a ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) 1-3 times per day.
