• Cucurbita moschata (Butternut Squash Seed).................................................400 mg

• Take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal).
• Should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.

• For temporary use only.
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
• Continue for 6 days, take a 7 day break, and continue for an additional 6 days as required.

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, anemia, gallstones; are taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors.
• Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.

Psyllium

• Take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.

• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever; are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested Psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.
