• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking Hydroxymethylglutaryl (HMG) CoA reductase (“statins”) lipid lowering/cyclosporine medications, anti-coagulants or anti-platelet drugs; suffer from liver/kidney disease or have received an organ transplant.
• Discontinue use of the product and consult a health care practitioner if you experience muscle pain, tenderness and/or weakness.
• Consult a health care practitioner if you are unsure whether or not you are taking enough Vitamin B12 since Folic acid supplements can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency.
• Red yeast rice may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

Vitamin D3 Adult Regular

• Helps in the normal development and maintenance of bones and teeth.

Psyllium

• Take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.

• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever; are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested Psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.
