• Grifola frondosa (Maitake, Fruiting body) .......................................................1000 mg

• Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml), three times per day.
• May be taken with or without food. For palatability, required servings may be taken with a small quantity of honey.

Psyllium

• Take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
