• Adults (Premenopausal & Menopausal Women): Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day or take 8 tablespoons [120 mL (approx. half a cup)] once per week or as directed by your health care practitioner.
• Can be mixed with juice or water.
• Shake well before use.

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking anticoagulant medications (may increase chances of severe bleeding).
• If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
• If symptoms persist/worsen or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
• Do not use if security seal is broken.

• Take a ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) 1-3 times per day.
• As a sleep aid: Take a single dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.

• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever; are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur following inhaled and/or ingested Psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.
